Returns must be placed in the original packaging and returned via specialist art courier which will be arranged on your behalf.
Artwork is personally inspected prior to delivery and every care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives in a prestine condition, including the use of a specialist art courier. If, in the unlikely event your artwork is damaged upon receipt, notification of the damage must take place within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
Refunds for "change of mind" will be considered up to 14 days and goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging, via the preferred art courier.
